Resumen

Se indaga la situación de los investigadores españoles en las fases de inicio de su carrera cientí­fica a partir de los resultados obtenidos del proyecto internacional: Early career researchers: The harbingers of change? Se trataba de conocer cuáles son sus hábitos en la comunicación académica, qué papel juega la ciencia 2.0 en su comportamiento y hasta qué punto los indicadores de evaluación de su actividad son determinantes en sus actitudes y prácticas. Se concluye que estos investigadores tienen las aptitudes y la voluntad para promover el cambio, pero se ven obstaculizados por el conservadurismo de los requisitos de evaluación de la comunicación cientí­fica en la academia.
