This article is part of a recent line of research that emerged after the diagnosis and overcoming of breast cancer by one
of the individuals signing this academic text. Using Social Network Analysis, it addresses the playlist of videos about
breast cancer stored and offered by YouTube when a user seeks to view content about the disease. The aim is to identify
the most relevant videos and the concerns of those who publish and comment on the topic. The results highlight the
significance of content shared by medical professionals and health-related organizations, as well as the importance of
personal stories as sources of hope and support for those affected by the illness. Regarding video comments, in addition
to medical aspects and personal testimonies, the significance of faith and prayer as aids in overcoming breast cancer is
also emphasized. Lastly, the authors wish to express solidarity through this work with all those individuals who battle
against the disease day by day
