The purpose of this article is to determine the evolution of the Communications Departments in the publishing companies over the last decade, after the appearance of the E-book in the sector. The work customarily carried out is covered, along with the problems resulting from this activity. We have obtained and analyzed the opinions of the following Managers and Press Secretaries for this study: Santillana Communications (Rosa Junquera Santiago), Random House Mondadori (Leticia Rodero) and Literal Press (Lola Martín).Downloads
