Abstract

The Scientific Publishing a substantial component in the activities of any university, since much of channeled research that occurs there. This is a significant production from the viewpoints quantitatively and qualitatively, though scarcely considered in the accreditation systems. The changes in the Scientific Publishing, and characteristic of an publishing context undergone profound transformations, require these entities to make improvements related to the editorial function, development of catalogs and publishing formats
