In recent years, the mobile technologies have become more and more important in the social information ecosystem. In this moment, the mobile technologies are a real option to access to the web. Every time there are more and more people that use the mobile web, and every time there are more portals that offer services at this kind of users. In this work, first is introduced the web mobile concept and their principal characteristics are presented. In the second part, the adoption of the mobile web in local Spanish administration is presented, both from a quantitative and qualitative point of view.Downloads
