Abstract

The entry into force of the law 11/2007 has supposed an impulse to records management projects in the organizations. The Entidad Autónoma del Diario Oficial y de Publicaciones started the adaptation of the DOGC editing process at the electronic environment in 2009, this adaptation is in base to the 2/2007 law of the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya. This law defines the digital format as unique official format of the DOGC. Two key projects in this process are presented: adoption and adaptation of EuroVoc Thesaurus as an indexation tool and the design of the digital DOGC New Circuit production and publication.
